A standard flat with 2-3 rooms usually takes 3-6 working days, depending on the floor area and the wall material.

Do you buy the materials?

We can buy the materials or work with ones you've bought. We'll quote both options.

Why do I need an RCD?

An RCD cuts the power when it detects a current leak, protecting you from electric shock. This is especially important in bathrooms and kitchens.

Why does my breaker keep tripping?

It may be an overload, a short circuit, a faulty appliance or a worn-out breaker. The electrician will find the cause on site.

How long does panel assembly take?

A standard fuse box for a flat is usually assembled in 2-4 hours.

Will you come out for just one socket?

Yes, we take small jobs too. We'll tell you the call-out price on the phone.

Will you bring the socket?

We can bring one or fit the one you've bought.

Which socket should go in a bathroom?

A bathroom needs a splash-proof socket (IP44 or higher), always protected by an RCD.

Do you assemble the chandelier?

Yes, we install dimmers, sensors and smart switches.

Will you have to break open the wall?

In most cases we pinpoint the fault and open the wall only where needed.

How long does fault finding take?

30-60 minutes for simple cases, a few hours for complex ones.
